I try very hard where possible to give collectibles a Condition rating with items. Usually most
items get a C7 when it is in shop condition. If there is anything that may detract from the item I
do try and list it and give it a C5 or C6 rating. Almost everything I sell is new, near new or in
the case of used Video Game equipment checked for functionality.
Items Available are ready for sale, Items Pending have been ordered or pending been sold
(awaiting payment) and Items Ebay means items are on Ebay for sale (Price will be wiped out
when item is place on Ebay as our $1 Auctions rule).
Postage is calculated on priority postage and averaged to send out. Priority is used so I can
offer you a free tracking number within the USA. This is at no extra cost to you. On large
orders I usually have to weigh them to give exact shipping costs. Usually shipped with an
amount of protection (Usually a box, Styrofoam or a padded bag of some type.) Cheaper
alternatives are Available First Class/Parcel Please inquire if you have any queries. I don't
charge a handling fee on regular posted items.
When combining multiple items all postage will be factored/combined for cheapest possible
postage. Postage is actually figured out to your zip by weight. (I don't add postage totals
together or charge a handling fee or any other stupid thing)
We usually post out on a next day time table. So if you finalise and order and send payment
on a Thursday we will send it on a Friday.
It is totally up to you if you want insurance on you package or not. In most cases it is only
$1.35 for up to $50, $2.30 to $100then add $1 for each $100. If you choose to not pay for
insurance then don't pay for it. I usually give quote both insured and non-insured totals. BUT
IF YOU DON'T use Insurance and your package is Damaged or lost then you have NO
recourse with me. It is your problem not mine. Insurance in all cases is highly
recommended by me.
Payment can be accepted via Money Order, Cheque (Has to clear before goods are sent),
Money orders and Paypal.
Sending Cash through the Mail is risky and something i don't endorse. If you do this and it
gets lost again you have NO recourse with me.
Payment can be done via PAYPAL. E-mail address:- Sales@OctaneToys.com. A service fee
of 50 cents has to be added to total when paying via Paypal to offset PAYPAL
Account costs.
Please include your address and a copy of the conformation E-mail if possible with payment.
(There is nothing worse than receiving a Money order with no other details in an envelope.)
Best thing is a print screen with the item circled with all detail.
