Collectors Note:- The Third promotion in 2005 included yet another set of 3 different DVD.  The new style packaging was minor changed to fit the DVD behind the card.   Although it is basicly the same size as the regular release plastic bubble.  Again it did not feature a case. Again different figures received different DVD's although there where a number of figure was packaged with different DVD's.  This time a huge amount of figures (Almost Every New Figure in the New Packaging). Episode 1 of the cartoon "Things Change", Episode 2 of the cartoon "A Better Mouse Trap" and Episode 3 "Attach of the Mousers" where included.  These where available in K-mart, KB Toys, Toys RU, Walmart but strangely enough not Target.

Collectors Note:- The Fourth promotion in 2006 included yet another set of 2 different DVD.  The new style packaging was minor changed to fit the DVD behind the card.  Although it is basicly the same size as the regular release plastic bubble.  Again it did not feature a case. This time each each figure received both different DVD's.  A Sticker was applied to the normal backing card instead of a new card like 2005.  All the Pale Patrol Figures plus 3 other figures received this promo.  The Return of Savanti Romero part 1 and part 2 a yet un-aired cartoon was included.   These where available in all USA Retailers.
